After order confirmation and payment, each crystal is handcrafted and prepared with traditional cultural rituals, made exclusively to your order.
Processing time: 1–7 business days
Total delivery time (processing + shipping): 3–22 business days, depending on your final destination.

II. Shipping Cost
All orders enjoy free global shipping. No additional shipping fees will be charged at checkout.
III. Parcel Tracking and Enquiry
After the order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the logistics tracking number.
You can click on the link in the email or visit our official website and enter the tracking number on the ‘Order Inquiry’ page to check the parcel shipping status in real time.
If the logistics information has not been updated for a long time, or you encounter any problems during the tracking process, please contact our customer service team (email: contact@fategemz.com), and we will assist you to follow up the process.
IV. Signing Notes
Please check carefully whether the outer packaging is intact when signing for the parcel. If you find that the parcel is damaged, deformed, wet or other abnormalities, please do not sign for it and contact us immediately.
If someone else receives the parcel on your behalf (e.g. family members, property owners, janitors, etc.), please inform the receiver in advance to check the status of the parcel. If you find any problems with the goods after signing, please contact us within 24 hours, after which the goods will be deemed to have been signed for in good condition.
V. Other Instructions
We will take professional packaging measures to ensure the safety of crystal products in the transport process. However, because the crystal is fragile, if due to force majeure factors (such as natural disasters, transport accidents, etc.) resulting in damage to the goods, we will actively assist you to communicate with the logistics company claims.
