This includes products that are unopened in original packaging or have never been used.
1. Delivery Service & Time
We provide international delivery for customers worldwide.
Each crystal is carefully selected, handmade, packaged, and shipped to you.
Free global shipping on all orders.
After order confirmation and payment, we will arrange shipment within 1–3 business days.
Total delivery time varies by destination: 3–22 business days.
Actual delivery time may be delayed due to customs clearance, holidays, peak logistics season, or other uncontrollable factors.
2. Shipping Cost
All orders qualify for free international shipping.
No additional shipping fees will be charged at checkout.
3. Parcel Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
You may check real‑time delivery status via the link in the email or on our website’s Order Inquiry page.

4. Receiving & Inspection
Please inspect the outer package carefully before signing for delivery.
If the package is damaged, deformed, wet, or shows other abnormalities, do not sign for it and contact us immediately.
If someone else signs on your behalf (family, property, doorman, etc.), please ask them to inspect the package.
Any issues must be reported within 24 hours after delivery; otherwise, the order will be considered received in good condition.
5. Return & Exchange Policy
Product Condition for Returns/Exchanges
Only new products are eligible for return or exchange. This includes products that are unopened in original packaging or have never been used.
Return Conditions
All items are custom‑made to order and cannot be resold.
We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, personal preference, or non-quality related issues.
Returns are accepted only if:
The item has quality defects or manufacturing errors
The item is significantly not as described
Voluntary Returns (Non-Quality Reasons)
If you still request a return for non-quality reasons, a $20 production and material loss fee will be deducted.
Original free shipping cost is non‑refundable.
Exchange Conditions
If the item has quality issues, we offer free replacement or exchange.
Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with clear photos or video evidence.
Return & Exchange Process
Contact customer service with your order number and reason for return/exchange
Receive return address and instructions after approval
Return the item within 3 days and keep the tracking number
Once received and inspected, returns/exchanges will be processed within 3–5 business days
Shipping Responsibility
Quality issues: We cover the return shipping cost
Non-quality returns: Buyer covers return shipping + $20 loss fee; original shipping is non‑refundable
6. Additional Notes
We use professional packaging to protect crystal items during shipping.
Due to the fragile nature of crystals, damage caused by force majeure (natural disasters, transit accidents, etc.) will be handled through logistics insurance or carrier claims, with our assistance.
This policy may be updated without prior notice.
